Default Cotton scarves ,,

Lately i heard from several of mny friends that they would love a
scarf , but No thank you Not a woolen one ,,,,,Thus i made one a
cotton scarf as surprise for her birthday , She was delighted, said it
never occured to her cotton could be warm but not Too warm .
The fun of it was that i used rather a Big needle [8 mm] which
produced a nice `lacy` look on while i just Knitted all rows ,,,,

There are some nice cotton/wool blends out too and they are very good for
scarves. Not too prickly but a little warmer than straight cotton.

I did a nice cotton scarf in bead stitch last spring, and a couple of lace
patterns.
