SELLING RUBIES ONLINE

Is there any practical way to sell rubies online without resorting to
ebay (or any other service that charges insertion and commision?)


Because if not, I have some rubies I would like to sell you.

craigslist is free to list on, and doesn't charge any commission.

If advertising them on this group, please refer back to the FAQ files posted
periodically to this group (easily found in the archives for this group on
Google Groups), for information on what can and can not be advertised in this
group. In general, ordinary sales of gems and jewelry is prohibited here. If
you'd call this a one time liquidation, perhaps at prices that would make this
an unusually good opportunity for a professional jeweler (meaning, lower than
the normal wholesale gem market, or if the stones are especially hard to find or
some other such factor, then simple ads can be allowed. Again, read the
"advertising" section in the group FAQ first. Or advertise on the
rec.crafts.marketplace or pdaxs. ads. jewelry newsgroup, neither of which is
moderated, and both of which are intended for advertising.
