seam finish for polar fleece

I'm not Tia Mary, but thought I would give my two cents worth.

My favourite finish for fleece is to trim one side of the seam allowance down to about
1/4", then flat-fell the seam and zigzag it to the garment. It keeps everything lying
flat and is very comfortable to wear.
