Thought for the day:

People who think quilting is a sedentary activity have never wrestled a
76" square quilt through a domestic sewing machine doing free motion
quilting.

My younger daughter, who goes to the gym regularly, sometimes comments
on my "awesome" arm muscles :-) She could take up quilting and save
some money.

the machine gives you double trouble!
