today's challenge
I wonder if you could use a lightweight fusible of some kind to join the two pieces of batting- it would have to be cotton batting, of course- like a very light interfacing? Butt the two pieces of batting next to each other and then place a strip of the fusible on top of the join and fuse in place.. Might work.
