Default 6 Knit Stitch patterns


Rank and File Stitch
(even # of sts)

1) Knit

2) K1, * sl 2 wyif, put yarn to back, sl the same 2 sts back to left
needle and K them, rep from * , end K1.

3) K1, * P1, sl 1 wyib, repeat from *, end K1.

4) K1, * sl 1 wyif, K1, repeat from *, end K1.




Cartridge Belt Rib
(Multiples of 4 + 3)

1) K3, * sl 1 wyif, K3, repeat from *.

2) K1, * sl 1 wyif, K3, repeat from *, end sl 1, K1.



Double Knit Fabric
(odd # of sts)

1) K1, * sl 1 wyib, K1, repeat from *.

2) K1, * P1, K1, repeat from *.



Diagonal Scallop Stitch
(multiples of 4 + 2)

1) Purl.

2) K1, * insert needle from behind under the running thread between st.
just worked & the next st, thus putting an extra strand on needle; K2,
then pass the extra strand over the 2 K sts; K2; repeat from *, end K1.

3) Purl.

4) K3; repeat from * of row 2; end last repeat K1 instead of K2.



Rosette Stitch
(even # of sts)

1) Knit

2) * P2tog, leave on needle, K same 2 sts. tog, & sl from needle
together, repeat from *.

3) Knit

4) P1, repeat from * of row 2, end P1.




Stripe w/ Twisted Bars
(even # of sts)

1) K1, * yo, K1, K3tog, K1, yo, K1, repeat from *.

2) P1, * K5, P1, repeat from *.
