OT Prayer Need

You are a doll - in case no one has mentioned that lately.

Actually what I did after I heard is whip up a quilt top of assorted light
color batik squares. I spoke to the staff at the day care center she is
supervisor of and I'm going there tomorrow after my dr. appointment. Each
person is going to trace their hand with a fabric pen in complimentary
colors and sign his/her name. One of the Staff of the center is calling her
friends from her neighborhood to meet us there. They'll do the same. Then
I'm going to tie it 'cause that's about the fastest way to get it done and I
should be able to get it to her by Friday when she expects to go home. I
also like the idea of a tied quilt being a "prayer quilt" that someone here
mentioned so I might borrow that.

Also, thank you Melinda for the web site. I think I'll use that as well.

I will be printing out the responses to my prayer request and, if she's up
to it, show them to her. If not, I'm going to hold onto them until she can
sit quietly and read them through. You are all such lovely, caring,
empathetic individuals and I thank you, each and every one, who responded so
kindly.
