I have set up a craft supplies website and it has been running well for
a year, but I am lacking a little on the feedback. I would be grateful if

Hi

Nice site, couldn't find a geographical address that has to be
prominently displayed, returns or cancellation policies that must
also be shown. Just thought you'd like to know :-)

Apart from the fact that above has to be done it would also make
people more comfortable about buying from your site. I for one would
never order off a site without telephone number and address.
