Someone posted information on a quilting book they recently purchased with a
garden theme, which also included recipes. I can't seem to find the thread
that provides me with the author and title. I'd like to check it out. It
sounded interesting. Thanks

Fine style does not make something true, nor has a man a wise soul
because he has a handsome face and well-chosen eloquence.

It's applique floral quilts with a muffin recipe that goes with each
pattern.

I'm almost done with my sample.....yea!

Yes, Marcella that's it. Thank you. I do hope you'll post pictures of your
sample soon, I can't wait to see it. I recently bought the book "Quilting
the Garden" by Barb Adams & al. I will be planning a quilt from it within
the near future. It does not have recipes but it does provide info on
container gardening, with diagrams and all. Thanks again!

Well, I did have some muffins, but there are still a few left.

I am doing a sample quilt so five blocks. Almost there....then there's
the border. I may need more muffins.

I recently got that book too. I really like their books and patterns, but I
have to confess I haven't made anything from any of them! Someday.

I haven't that's for sure. I buy it with the intent to make a quilt but
sometimes just end up admiring the pictures. However, with this book
(Quilting the Garden) I do plan on making a quilt. As a matter of fact I
shall be off later during the day for some S.E.X. The fabric for the
squares and of course anything else that I might think I want.
