Default Waaah....!...my vessel broke!!

I have had this little black vessel for a couple years, so I don't know who
made it, nor if I had assurances of it being properly annealed. I FINALLY
found the instructions for the wrapping of a vessel, and picked up the vessel,
and the NECK fell RIGHT off! Waaahhh...

I'm not guessing that there's a nice way to repair it? I've got hypo cement,
so if it's worth the trouble, I can try that.

Waaaahhh...

I'm so sorry, Fiddy dear. If it were me, I'd try the HypoCement, and
immediately wipe off all the excess that comes gushing out when you squeeze the
pieces together.

I'd try the cement.

Just so you know, proper annealing doesn't prevent breakage. It just
reduces stress in the glass. If a piece suffered thermal shock during
its creation, that isn't "fixed" by annealing. It would break sometime
in the future. Your description of the break point is a very common
one for vessels.
