This is hilarious! Just this morning I was thinking that crochet and
knitting groups are the first newsgroups I've read in which people don't
flap at each other. lol

David, normally there isn't much FLAMING here, but I couldn't stand miss
high and mighty's tone.
It IS humorous, now!
Yes, yarn plants, we all know you get yarn from aloe plants, right?
Noreen

You should keep them in the rhubarb plot. They keep the elephant away too.
What do you mean you don't believe me? When is the last time you saw
elephants in your rhubarb patch?

Dear friends you forgot about the Wool that comes from Trees ,,,,,
Baumwolle = [actually Cotton ] but in German it is called Tree-wool ,
Story is , that the first European sailors that saw Cotton bushes in
Egypt , said that this were trees [?] with little sheep hanging on
them . And in Hebrew the Medical Cotton batch is also called Tzemer
Geffen , the wool of the vine .....
I also want to apologise to all that i keep saying that due to alergy
to man made threads i preffer the naturals ,,,

Sonya, you can grow hemp....the variety that is used for fiber....not the
fariety that is used for smoking....Two different plants. Same family At
least here in Canada you can with a special permit.
