LNS in Belfast?
I was wondering if anyone knew of a LNS in Belfast, N. Ireland? I will be
going there in May to visit my brother and so would like to grab some stash from there Also does anyone know if I should purchase kits, if I would have to remove the needles included before getting on the plane? Thanks, Barbara |

Thanks, Barbara Sewing needles are not listed in the TSA directive currently available on the web. Anecdotally, I took a little travel sewing kit through security at the height of the 9-11 mania and they confiscated the little 2" plastic blunt tip scissors, but left the 3 needles. And anyway, sewing needles individually are simply too small for them to see. Just make sure any pointy scissors are checked! -- Regards --Anne Blogging to be found at http://www.emptycauldron.com/weblog/musings.html Remove DIESPAMBOTDIE to e-mail |
