Thanks! I might just have put that on my Christmas list. Much cheaper
than taking a class at the bead store.

There are also beaded beads instructions (of various kinds) in this book (which

The instructions throughout this book are so dang easy and clear. The beaded
beads are a lot easier than you'd ever dream.

Because beading on a glass bead makes it very heavy I like doing it on
plastic beads. When I do peyote on beads I glue a very small strip of
interfacing around the center of the bead, then attach the first row back
stitching to this strip. Then the rest of the peyote goes very easily by
decreasing the stitch with each new row. I hope that makes sense.

I can highly recommend this book, I will be seeing her step daughter next
week who also does some really great work. All of Carol's books are
wonderful.

Valerie, dear -- start saving your quarters whenever you get change, and that
$14.95 will be yours -- and so will the book -- before you know it.

I second that, I got my copy last week and I've been dreaming of beaded
beads all week.

Su, aren't they obsessive? They make you see color combos everywhere! And
textures....and...and.....

I have two of her books and they are dog-eared because I use them and peruse
them so much. Highly recommended!!!

Yep! I'm constantly seeing new ideas and variations on a theme. My son may
be missing all his wooden beads shortly!
