Default Need to know if velour can be shrunk

Hi. I own a velour jogging suit that is a little too big for me. It
still looks okay when I wear it, but it is a bit on the baggy side. I
was wondering if any of you know if velour can be shrunk in the
wash/dryer? Thanks for any info.

This reminds me of when I was a little girl and my mom shrunk her favorite

to wear something of my mom's. I didn't catch on that it was an accident until

in her eye that said there was a grownup joke afoot.

Xena, this is a very sweet story! Your mother must have been a great mom.
