OT Merc sick....email problems.....etc. (virii!)

Sorry I've been incommunicado.

Mercury looks like he may be seriously sick. His platelet count is 50,000
(should be 300,00), and he goes for a sonagram today. This is the same series
of events that led up to the almost-immediate death of the dog I loved so much,
and I'm a little bit weird to say the least. (Jessie died in 1990.) I'll be
gone most of today.

I'm having email problems as well.

We ran a bunch of new virus software over the weekend and detected (and rid
ourselves of) 5 virii. I haven't been online much.

More later. Been having problems accessing RCB too, so I wanted to type this
up before I read or posted anything else. :-)

So sorry to hear about Merc. Lots of loving warm thoughts sent your way. I
hope he pulls through ok.

Computers can be a PITA, but what would we do without them? We need them to
stay in touch! Hope it's not too expensive to fix.
