OT - She got the house!!!!

They accepted her offer by 2pm today - the house is off the market and she
is scheduled to close on July 29th. I'm in a whirlwind! And she is no
where near walking on the ground! I could have my kitchen back - and my
garage - by September! Thanks for all the crossed fingers and good wishes.
I don't suspect there will be any issues during the home inspection, and she
has already contacted her mortgage broker. It looks like it's gonna happen
this time!
