Default Strongest beading thread - your opinions

Hi guys! In your opinion, what's the strongest beading thread out
there for bracelets?

I need something strong that will stand up to everyday wear with the
weight of 30-35g of glass and metal beads, yet thin enough to fit
doubled through seed beads. I've been using nylon upholstery thread
with good results, but I'd like to know if there's something better
out there.

I've read the toddler catching incident with the bracelet made from
waxed linen (what a save!) What are your thoughts?

Thank you!

Oh YES. Fireline or PowerPro are both stronger. They're thin enough to use
for what you're suggesting. Make sure to buy the right test strength.

Read here about it....just search for the brand names:

I like Fireline. It's strong and also drapes and knots well.

Please note that you're not going to make a clean cut on PowerPro unless you
use Fiskar's children's scissors, those of you who have never tried PP
yet......

I prefer FireLine for this, it is very strong and knots really well.

I use my flush cutters, they work great ) The BEST results I got were
with my Gingher embroidery snips, but after one cut, the tip of my snips
were too dull to cut sewing thread (

Trust me. Get some kid's Fiskars. Just try them -- they cost almost nothing.
Your flush cutters will get blunt too if you keep using them.
