Default fabric help

Last month while on vacation, I bought a very large bag of fabric odds
and ends (for $5 at an LQS, woohooo). In the bag, I found a lot of
fabric that felt different than the rest... bear with me, because I
don't know much about thread count and fabric types, but it is like a
very high thread count sheet... lightweight, almost see through, but
not cheap feeling...I'd guess 100% cotton, but almost bordering on a
rayon feel. There is a lot of it, and it is all different floral
designs, very pretty. Two of the pieces have selvedges in tact and
those read: "London Collection by Rose&Hubble". There is a lot of
variety in color and design, so I'm not sure they're from the same
manufacturer, but all feel remarkably similar in weight. Is anyone
familiar with the maker? Is it quilting material? Can it be mixed in
a quilt with other fabric? Should I use keep it (Oops, I can see what
the answer to that will be), but just use it in projects on its own? I
have a bag of other fabric ready to go to Jill's little creatures on
Monday, so thought it was timely to ask.

Thanks!!! Lynn
p.s. Tina, if you're reading, I STILL have the squishie for your
little quilter in my drawer at work, because I decided to sneak in some
other fabric with it -- will send that on Monday too. Sorry!

Rose and Hubble is very nice quilting fabric. I believe it is no
longer made. The contrast you are noting is not to the detriment of
the Rose and Hubble fabric...
I'm in the directory! Feel free to rid your stash of this fabric.

Please send ALL of your Rose and Hubble collection to me for close up
inspection. I guarantee you will not get it back, thus taking care of your
problem. It's a tough job but I'll do it for you.
AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH, yes.
Rose and Hubble.
LOVE that fabric. Top top quality fabric. Never touched a piece that I
didn't like....and I am *EXTREMELY * fussy about where I use the lil bit
that I have.

Butterfly (Addy upon request as I don't dare post it here)
