TKGA members?

Hello all,

Is anyone here a member of the TKGA (Knitting Guild of America)? I have
picked up a couple of Cast-On magazines, and checked out their website, and
they seem to offer a lot of instruction to members -- videos, entire "level"
programs, lessons. I'm curious as to, for anyone that may have taken them,
what you thought of them, as compared to say, a local class or just using a
book.

Hi Karen,
I WAS a member of TKGA a long time ago... about 16 years ago. The
magazine is great, I kept all my copies.
Umm... regarding their programs, the requirements to actually GET the
certificates are umm... 'quite stiff' .... I 'wanted' to get the
master knitter's cert. but just didn't have the time at the time...
