A couple of weeks ago I asked for t&p for my dad. We have just come
back from spending a week with my mum and visiting my dad in the
hospital. While the diagnosis is as grim as ever, he is much better in
himself than he was - more connected and chatty. Thank you all for your
spiritual contributions.

Glad you got to go spend time with your mom & dad, and that you are home
safe.

I'm sorry, Lizzy. Sorry that you and yours are in pain and sorry that I
didn't even see your call for support. We have lost a granddaddy on the
'other side' of the family and have been busy doing what we could to comfort
and help those who loved him so dearly. We will be holding you close in our
prayers and like Barbara, glad that you got to go spend time with your mom
and dad. Polly

We live about 5 hours drive away so I can't just pop over and see them
as I would like at the moment. I am much relieved he and my 2 boys have
been able to see each other again, I was concerned busy modern lives
might have got in the way of that. The boys are back in school a week
today, but I am intending to get back down to see my mum & dad as soon
as I get back from my long planned quilting retreat.
