Buying Goose Down Duvets or Comfortors

Right now I live in Hamburg, Germany. Some people tell me that
Germans use good blankets filled with goose downs. Where can I buy
some for me? I want very good quality blankets filled with geese
downs. Some people also tell me that Poland has good geese downs
blankets. Is there a store that sells high quality blankets with
geese down? Either online or a store close to Hamburg, Germany would
be fine.

I visit Karstadt in Hamburg, but they have 90% down and 10% goose
feather for €150. I need for 2 peopel about 230cm x 260cm. What is a
good price for one big for 2 people?

I purchased some fantastic goose down comforters from (believe it or not)
the local Aldi store for 130 DM (~$65 USD). They were only sold during the
Autumn time, from late August until Christmas. They actually were Hungarian
made. A friend also found some great goose down comforters at the Ikea.

Haven't seen many big ones, they're mostly single sizes. And that's what my
husband and I use (bought in Denmark). Each person can then control his or
her own. It's also easier and cheaper to get covers for single sizes.

Good quality is not necessarily the same as pure goose down. You should
consider how warm you like to be, and how heavy you like your cover. Pure
down is the lightest and warmest, but it's much too hot for many people,
unless you live at the North Pole. Go to a specialized store (Betten Ried
maybe?) and see what's available. Find out what combination of down and
feathers will be most comfortable for you. Then you can look for something
similar at a cheaper store. I bought a pair of duvets at a Danish chain
store for bedding called Jyske Sengetojslager. This store exists in Germany,
but I can't remember what they call it here. The logo is blue with a white
goose.
