how to use this beadtip?
When I learned basic beadwork a few months ago, I learned how to use the
beadtips where you thread it through a hole between the cups and the cups are then bent over the knot in the thread. Hope this makes sense! Then I went out and bought beadtips, not thinking that there were different kinds! This one doesn't have a hole between the cups, but on a tab next to one of the cups. Can someone explain how these are used or point me to a website that can show me? I've tried various things with them and have searched google and can't find anything. Oh, and I scanned a pic of it and put it he http://web2.airmail.net/patcote1/jewelry/beadtip.JPG Thanks! Pat |

You put them over the knot, and squeeze together, and hey presto a fancy end on which to attach your jewellery clasps. Neat idea, I like them. Vee x |

Id ask and try a sample beforebuying a lot. They are a cheap way to
terminate a necklase or whatever, and might just be unsafe for your quality of product. |

A spot of glue in there would probably be a fine idea too. If you try to 'reply' to me without fixing the dot, your reply will go into a 'special' mailbox reserved for spam.
