On Facebook there was concern about Big Bear Lady with Dorner supposedly in the Big Bear area. I dropped her a line and here is her response:
t is good to hear from you and please thank everyone for their concern. I'm actually at home in Palm Springs and my guests decided to still go to Big Bear for their getaway. They said there were about eight police cars on the way up the hill. I feel sorry for all the law enforcement people having to deal with the foot of snow since Friday night. Personally, I feel the fugitive knew what he was doing when he set fire to his truck. He must have known it would draw attention so I think he left the area as soon as he set the fire. But of course law enforcement has to be cautious. Hello to all my friends at RCTQ. Bigbearlady.......its OK to post this. Debbi in SO CA |
