Default OT Honey(s), I'm hooOOoome!

Survived the move... I'm exhausted and hurting. Everything went fine.
The dogs spent two nights with their trainer and just came home to the
new place about an hour ago. It's been wild. My arthritis is screaming
and I broke my toe and a tooth, but my loverly, long (acrylic)
fingernails remain in perfect condition! LOL

jail.... but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn...
that was fun!"

Draw yourself a hot bath with epsom salts and baking soda, (daily) and tell
us where you moved to. Are you still 'Leslie in...Missouri'??

Are you still 'Leslie in...Missouri'??

Yep! We (me 'n the HairyFacedOnes) just moved from the west side of
town to the north side. Seems like a different world, tho. I used to
live on 5 acres of thick oak woods with my own little lake on my
property and no other houses in sight. Now, I have a mere acre with
only THREE trees on it.... and I have neighbors.... that I can *see*!!!
It's sure a shocker. Now I must keep up appearances and act all
proper-like. Phooey.....

Leslie- with Velcro dogs and The Four Furbabies- who are gonna bark at
the neighbors..... as soon as they see 'em!

Well done, Leslie.
So sorry about all the casualty bits. I'd have preferred a nail to a
tooth; but then - each to his own!!! After the weekend you can, I hope,
start to relax and just gradually get things straight.
Congratulations on getting the webTV gadgets working. It's great to be
seeing you round again.

Isn't that a good feeling. Sometimes a move just feels good ...when it is
over of course.

Hehe. I know what it's like, I used to live on 160 acres. You couldn't
see the road, you couldn't see the neighbors, all you could see was the
woods down there and the fields over there and the sheep. I felt like a
fish in a bowl when we moved into town, neighbors 20 feet away, EEK!

The dog went nuts for a while, barking at *everybody* within 100 feet.
He got used to it, but we still have to teach him every spring not to
bark at everybody who walks by on the sidewalk.

I love the Velcro dog image... that's my furbaby when it's cold, the
lap-seeking velcro dog, hehe.

Just think of how much less brush-cutting you'll have to do (assuming
you did) and of how much less fence to walk (assuming you had one to walk).
Hm.... maybe my words aren't as encouraging as I thought
