I phoned some local dealerships, but they don't carry them because it
tied up money.

I am more interested in the portable blindstich sewing machine. Ebay
has a few portable ones in Canada (I live in Ottawa), but they don't
tell very much on their features.

Do you know if Montreal has portable blindstich machine?

Thanks for your commands.

How on earth should I know? This is an international forum and I'm in
the UK. You're going to have to do some searching for yourself - try
Google and your local commercial phone directory. Manufacturers websites
will give you the spec on machines you find..
