I made a couple pairs of socks for my Mother and Sister about a year
ago. I used wicked cheap yarn (since I'm a poor college student and
didn't want to waste expensive yarn on something I was sure to mess up
the first time through) so they're not very comfortable. Bless their
hearts, they still wear them. Oy vey.
