Default baby steps...lol

So, picked 6 different purples to use for DDs quilt....supposed to be a total of 31 strips, 2" wide....I just kept cutting every fabric, so I ended up with 48 strips...that works....I can toss them into a pile and randomly grab a strip and go to town.....

Now I have to press the white and cut strips and rectangles.....then strips from the black for the sashing....yeah...one day at a time, one color at a time and I'm using it as a "cool down" activity after working on the ceiling for the bonus room (Ken's office)

Will post pictures as more progress is made......and will post the links here and on my blog....later
