Default AD - New Lampwork Sets on Ebay

Hi all - well I got busy at the torch and went a bit crazy and did a
boro seahorse - I loved him so much that I did another one tonight -
which is now in the kiln. It's been so cold her in NY lately I must be
in warm climate mode to survive. All I keep thinking of are flowers
and sea creatures! New auctions link http://snipurl.com/cucd

That seahorse is adorable. You should have a BIN price on that baby. :-)

I hear you on the warm weather. I have been so giddy the last three days
that I could wear shorts. I heard on the weather that we'll be back to
rain, cloudy days, and ick for a while again. :-(

is dropping and will prolly drop to 49F tonight. Cold and wet for
until after the weekend.

Polly and Peggy - I just HAD to put the two names side by side, as they
sound so cute together (pardon my silliness this am) I am waiting for
the kiln to cool and I am getting punchy! Anyway, thank you for
looking and for liking my little guy!

Have a wonderful day!

He is so cute! :-) My g'son was fascinated looking at the pic.

For some reason when I lived in Scotland old ladies (and men) would call
me Peggy and when I would tell them it was Polly they would say just say
"Oh, aye!". ??? And many of them would say "Polly? Oh, you must be Mary!"

I guess Polly was a nickname for Peggy or vice versa and that both were
nicknames for Mary. Thats all I could figure it was anyway!!! :-)

I get called Paula, Peggy, Molly, Holly etc all the time. My mom makes
it easy, she just calls me Rosie!

When I lived in Scotland, I was told by several people that "Peggy is
Scottish for Margaret, and Margaret means Mary." (I always thought that
Margaret meant "pearl," but that's another story altogether.)

Anyway, I'm not sure where "Polly" comes into the lineage, but there's the
Peggy/Margaret/Mary link.

Maybe Polly is from Pearl? My friend "Margaret" went by Pegeen.
