Sorta On-Topic Hooray!

After 9/11, I mentioned to Adopted Big Brother that a group was stitching
ArtVenture's "Fireman's Prayer" for each of the fallen NYFD. When he saw the
companion piece (Fireman's Wife), he asked me to make 2 FP and 1 FW.
(Promptly got sidetracked with clothes for fireman's baby.....)

Well, Mom just called and told me to make that two of each. The other boy is
getting married in June. So, we'd like to have one of each done by June as a
wedding gift, and one of each done by September as an anniversary gift for the
other couple.

Guess my stitching time is spoken for the next few months, huh?

Of course, if I'm going to make for each of the boys, I probably should make a
third for the firehouse. Actually, there are two fire-hice* in town, so
probably should make one for each house. I still know enough people in town
that I'd have to answer for preferential treatment. And probably should make
another for the fire department my late uncle was with.

*(If one is a mouse and two are mice
And one is a house, why aren't two hice?)
