Default Hinterberg quilt frames

Hi All,
I'm considering purchasing the Hinterberg quilt frame kit.
Does anyone have any experience with this it? If not, are
there any other suggestions?

The hoops were too big for my short arms and they didn't tilt and rotate the
way I wanted it to. I would prefer (if I got one) a Grace. More
maneuverability and they have smaller frames if you want them.

I have the same complaints witht eh Hinterbergs. I have a Jasmine Easy
Spinner. It has infinite adjustment possibilities, hoops that fit my arms, and
when you have the hoop where you want it, you can lock it in place so both your
hands are free. That is one feature I can't be without.

Thanks, my brain wasn't in gear, I should have thought of
Google. It did answer my questions.

I have one! I love it, but have yet to complete a quilt in it (just
finished the frame not long ago) The best advice I received when
contemplating it, was to consider the amount of room it will take up.
You can see a pic of mine he http://home.earthlink.net/~dunawayjan
It was our first project and we completed it without to many argghh
moments. Hope that helps. :-)

Oh! Pardon. I was thinking hoop frame. That's the way I quilt, so I totally
wasn't thinking about the large frame.

Hi Jan,

I've placed my order. Which size rails did you put on
yours? I hoping to put on the 12' to handle the king
size quilt. I may shorten the rails at a later date.

Now I just have to decide into which room I'll put the
frame. My sewing room is quite full. I'd love to have
it in the livingroom so that I can visit with others
while I quilt.

That's quite all right! I had no idea they offered so many
different styles. I should have specified my interest.
