Acid Free Storage

So...here's a silly question. If I TEMPORARILY store an
acid-free die cut or acid-free home-made embellishment in
an NON-acid free sleeve, does it become UN-acid-free? I'm
looking for a way to store my embellishments until I use
them. Would it be bad for them if I use office supplies,
like business card sleeves, trading card sleeves or diskette
sleeves? Thanks for your thoughts.

Probably not. When people mail things I notice they just mail them off in
regular envelopes and I doubt that will effect it. Remember ALL paper will
eventually deteriorate no matter how much you try to save it - unless its
papyrus (or some ancient scroll) or you laminate everything.

If you're worried laminate all of your pictures and then you won't have to
worry about it.

I do a CD backup on everything and put it in the back of my albums. :-)
