Default OT- Winter has returned to the East Coast

To make all of you who live in warm climates, here's a snow report from
New Jersey, USA.
We have 18 inches of snow, more is falling. Good part - no work for me
today and I still get paid!!! I'd love it if those of you who live on
the now snowy parts of the country would check in with totals.

We've had a really mild winter so far, with temperatures in the 50's
and 60's. I'm cranking up the kiln today making glass cabs and then
designing some beaded necklaces and lampwork bracelets and earrings.
I'm off tomorrow and Tuesday as well, so all together I will have been
home for 5 straight days!!!

Have fun in the snow everyone!

We usually get it here in the Uk, 7 to 10 days after you.

In Manassas Virginia we got 12-13 inches. I have to shovel the driveway
because my husband is in Malaysia where it is 90 with 90% humidity.

Hey, Connie! [Waving from The Northern Neck of VA!!!]

Down here on "the Neck", we only got 2 - 4". Some of
the school systems are closed, of course, but even the
main roads around me are blacktop already. I'm just
glad I wasn't in The Big Apple - - 26 inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a good thing NewYorkers have and use good mass transit.

Man, that's a lot of snow. All we have to worry about here is the cold. We
are actually a desert here in Fairbanks, Alaska.
