How to make Rhodium Plating and Palladium Plating Bath

Hi,

I am having a rhodium bath which includes 900ml of distilled water and
100ml of J2 solution by degussa. I am not very happy with the
'whiteness' of the rhodium. I would like to know how to increase the
whiteness and also would like to know if there is a better way to make
the rhodium bath so as to increase it's lifetime.

I have heard that palladium plating is also replacing nickel plating.
I would be glad if someone could help me figure out how to make a
palladium bath.
