I do that every night. Less than 8 hours is just not enough for me.
They say about half of all Americans are sleep deprived, including children. They just have convinced themselves that their symptoms are something normal, or even something ---- that floaty feeling, or getting inspirational visions (actually dreaming while awake, since they can't do it while asleep). I know there is a small percentage of people who need less than 6 or 7 hours of sleep, but it's unusual. (As is my need for 9 to 10 hours of sleep). Tina "Tinkster" wrote ... ROFL! Yes, it does!
