Default Titanium Needles

Anyone have any experience or comments about them? I "thought" I had heard
they were good for using with metallic's, but a friend of mine said she
thought they were sharper & longer lasting. I have no clue.

I haven't used them on my home machine, but it's all I've used them for
about the last 5 years on my longarm. I sew pretty fast on the longarm, and
for long periods of time -- the titanium needles are definitely longer
lasting and much more problem free. On the home machines I don't abuse the
needles nearly that much, so I haven't felt any need to try titanium.

Thanks Kathy. I haven't heard anyone talk about them, so wondered if they
just didn't apply to quilters. Maybe I'll try one in the next time I am
meandering a quilt!
