Thanks for all the good thoughts, they worked. Claudette basically has

been
a non event except the hussle and bussle getting prepared and the worry.
Good thing we stayed put as it was less wind and rain than a good normal
storm. Didn't even loose the satalitte coverage until after 11PM and only
for a short time. I'll take a walk about when the sun gets up to double
check.
We hope to get more rain as we are way under usual. Don't know if all at
once really helps as much as since it does run to the gulf instead of
soaking in. Did get to see the street again as a stream for 20/30 min. at

a
time.

If we had moved we would have been right in the path it took so sitting

was
a good thing since we ended in the lower left quandrant which is the

weakest
section of the storm. At least I'm staying with a good part of stuff

packed
for the rest of the season.

Thanks again for all your thoughts.

Susan

Thank goodness! I almost didn't read your posting, because the subject line
seemed to refer to a relative or pet, and I'm one of those types that cries
at anything remotely sad. Glad to hear the good news.
