LQS for sale/closing

The LQS in my neighborhood is for sale because the owner wants more time
for her family. She has the business for sale, but will close the doors
if it is not sold by the end of the year. Meanwhile, fabric on bolts is
20% off (30% if you take all that's on the bolt) and fat quarters are by
10, get 1 free. She also carries yarn which is also 20% off. Let me know
