Default Quilting day week 2

I finished the binding on DD#2's quilt.

I also got a lot of organizing done in my sewing room. One of these days I
might get it set up to where I can actually sew in there. With everything
sorted I can really see that I need to reduce my stash.

with me.

She does. And she will be very glad to get it back finished. I'll call her
tomorrow.

My god daughter is spending the night with me tonight. Her mother and I cut
squares of fabric out for her a few months ago, but her mother has not
worked on them with her. Tonight, she wanted to put the squares together by
hand, did not want to use my machine. I put the 1/4" tape on the fabric for
her, she got 3 squares sewn together. Did not want to go to bed because she
wanted to sew. I think I have her addicted. Hopefully her mother will work
with her, especially since they want to move by the end of the school year
to Montana or someplace and I have no intentions of following them just to
work on the little quilt.
