ones seen that thing sometimes can tell me what it is called

Parsley! Curly parsley, in fact (petroselinum = parsley, and crispum =
curly).

should know 'daily' use words but I do not know them all. Parsley...raw
parsley...I have eaten it sometimes. And...it does not taste bad.

Collard greens are a green leafy vegetable, closely related to cabbage.
Their scientific name is Brassica oleracea (acephala group). I found an
interesting article while searching for confirmation of collards' iron
content. It suggests some ways to help your body absorb more iron from your
diet.
