oh how true, male stitchers are a real breed period. i know only one and
he does it for stree relief. i hope he finds another male stitcher , if you know any other male let me know i tell my friend. he says stitching with a bunch of "women" is a bit wierd. he just laughs at all the tell about men. "Brenda Lewis" wrote in message ... The one obvious reason a male stitcher would seek out another male stitcher is to commiserate over the particular way male stitchers are snubbed by certain needlework shop owners. No female stitcher can quite relate to that. It is also probably nice to know there are other men who enjoy what some in society deem a "woman's hobby". Your work is lovely, Vincent. I'm a T.W. fan but haven't got around to actually stitching any of her pieces yet. I also like the frames you have built from that old crib. I've got a crib sitting down in the basement...wheels are spinning... -- Brenda NEW to Styx, classic to the world: Big Bang Theory |
