Default quilting circles

Hallo,

It' s a long time I've posted here. I intend to quilt by sm.
Sometimes I love (to look at) the handmade quilting. Last time seen in a
shop hand quilted big quilt with circles , but the quilting was done by one
direction_ stic_hes like you can see thru my text .
I learned always to follow the line with _ but here _ crosses the stich the
line going to the left.
I'm clear or do you need more expl_anation. Here is my_ question, could a
beginner manage this? No patchwork, only quilting circles about 5"big? I
will use the pen drawing. washing it later out.The borders are made by two
colours stripes. One quilted big hotdogs alike, and the outer border is made
by a striped fabric, simply. _

I think we'll need more details, Suzan. I don't quite get what you're
trying to describe. :S

yo're right Sandy,
here I'll try again.
Quilting by hand often means to follow the lines, like white on white. _ _ _
_ _ _ _making patches, stitch in the ditch along the seam.
quilting circle too.By sm it goes like that.
My question is: could you , quilting by hand in a circle hold the same
direction of the stitches, making z kind of Z Z Z Z where by only _ and -
are visible of course. not like this / but _ all circle long. More clear
now?
And the border was made by quilting bratwurst/hotdogs shiny fabric bourgondy
colour, thick form, only on two small ends, the quilt was bed size. thereafter
again, without patches a simple stripe fabric some thinner part, like the
central fabric part..this border was bourgondy and broken white.
Central fabric was broken white with small roses.
Measures of whole quilt approx. 60 by 80 inches .

You mean the stitches were parallel to each other instead of in a straight
line? Sure, if the stitches are neat and regular, why not? Hand stippling is
a little bit like this. But darlin', I'm still confused about the sausages.
Roberta in D, prefer my bratwurst with beer thanks
