Default Happy Thanksgiving

Monday is our Canadian thanksgiving so Happy Thanksgiving to all.....even if
you aren't celebrating on our Canadian day g

We have been invited to DS #2 and DIL for dinner today. ... DH says he can't
go....we are still trying to get our combining done and he thinks he will
finally be able to get going again today. I'm still trying to decide if I
should make the 2 hour drive on my own and I probably will..........and just
stay the night and come home tomorrow. Will have to decide shortly

Ann...........who has a lot to be thanksful for

Happy Thanksgiving Ann!
Ours (the U.S.) isn't until towards the end of November, but I think in
this day and age, we ALL have much to be thankful for - on a daily
basis.
Have a lovely day...........

I just put my turkey in the oven - yams cooked, ready for reheating,
potatoes peeled and sitting in cold water until time to cook them. My
DD and DSIL are coming over later for dinner - DS and his wife are in
Japan - won't be coming for dinner.

I am going to be moving on the 21st - to my DD's condo about 45 min.
from here. They bought a small cafe about 3 1/2 hours drive north and
actually moved there last week, but are coming back to town to do some
reno's on the condo before I move in. I hate moving - hopefully this
will be the last time. I have barely started packing yet - went through
all my quilting and needlework books and magazines - donated those I
didn't want to the library, kept only the QNM and Quiltmaker mags. I
have a long list of things I still have to do.

Happy thanksgiving (Canadian style) to you all.

We're not celebrating until next weekend! DS didn't want to travel in all
the traffic.
We are heading into Toronto on Friday, when DDIL and I will attend the
Sewing and Needlework Festival. DH will be heading to DS2's place to help
him remove the air conditioners, then will return to pick up DS1, then DDIL
and I. Then a 3 hour drive home to Kingston.
They all have a 3 day weekend, so we will be returning them on Monday.
This means that in the next 3 days I have to get my CHRISTMAS PRESENTS
wrapped, ready to deliver!
We are planning to head south on Oct 26 as long at there are no more
wrenches in the works!
