Default FS: large fully furnished dollhouse

I'm new to this group, but I thought I would post here to see if anyone
might be interested.

Large 3 story fully furnished dollhouse. Three bedrooms, living room,
kitchen, bathroom, garage and attic space. Large cupola and covered porch.
Also has interior lighting. Comes with a large clear plexiglas cover for
the back or "open" side, which is easily attached/removed. There are some
minor condition issues such as damaged or missing wooden shingles and some
repair needs to be done on the porch railing and roof overhang. These are
all simple repairs.
The dollhouse is currently located about one hour south of Dallas, TX but I
can meet within a "reasonable" (like within 60 miles) if you're
interested.
$ 200.00
this would make a great gift for someone's kid....
