Default kiln paranoia

Zander, I think you're all set.
The kiln is not much worse heat-wise than a gas stove. At a kiln
building workshop, I was told by the instructor to "think of an
electric kiln as a big toaster."
Made it easier to deal with mentally.
I call mine "Toasty" in honor of that workshop.

Have fun with your new "toy" :)
