potters in New Zealand

I'm planning a trip to New Zealand coming novemebr and I would like to know
if there any potters villages like you can find in Germany or France.
I'm going there for the first time on holiday but I would like to see some
potters and I hope some of you could give me some advice where to go.
I'm looking forward to see this country of which I have been told a lot of .
