Default how do I kill file?

OK, It's been so long since I had to killfile a post that I've
forgotten how to do it. Where would I find this information? I
looked under "No Help", I mean Google Help, but didn't find it.

Thanks,

Patti

Hi Patti......I use Outlook Express and a free news server, so
killfiling is simple. I will have a look at Google and see how they do
it (if they do, lol).

Well, that didn't take long. There does NOT seem to be any way you can
filter out posts or killfile a person or persons. I see you are with
AOL.....and I have absolutely no idea how they work. You could try
their tech support, but doubt that will help. Most techies at these
ISP's are rank beginners.

I do have the links for a couple of free news servers if you would like
them, but there is some basic setup involved. Aioe and Motzarella are
OK, but they do go down from time to time. I also have a "read only"
one called "Freetext". You can't post with it tho.

This *genetic Scottish frugality* can be a pain, LOL!!

Best...Heather

I checked his profile and it says he has again been "banned" for what
that is worth. I read the newsgroup on the Google site so I can't
kill him. LOL. i know AOL allows you to do it - check settings for
Newsgroups.
