Default Need necktie pattern, knit or crochet

I am spending this afternoon going through all sorts of Yahooing and
Googling looking for a necktie pattern. If anyone knows of one and can save
me some time, that would be nice. I can knit and crochet, so either style
of pattern would be fine. I thought surely I would have found one by now!

Thank you so much! I think I will try each of the patterns!

Windy,

I was away for the weekend, and am just reading some messages, but had
to respond to yours. I am knitting the following tie myself right
now....http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEspring03/PATTprepschool.html. I am making
it for my husband, so am using the directions for the larger tie. It is
coming out very nicely.
