Welcome, Lynne. We have several Aussies here, so you won't feel too strange.

What kind of dragon? European? Oriental? You said you use patterns;
is the pattern online or did you find it in a book??

=Tamar

The dragon is an European holding a rose, I found the picture on the
internet and with some help I have transferred it to a graph with a written
count for it. It is my first attempt at doing a graph ghan(actually it will
fit a queensize bed).

Thankyou all for the warm welcome.

Now I have a question, I have just taught myself to do Afghan stitch and I
am wondering if any one could tell me where I can purchase a flexible afghan
hook. I know they are available on the internet but I was wondering if it is
possible to buy them in stores, especially here in australia

thanks
Lynne
