Pat - I'm so glad to see that some things have not changed! I'm fresh
out of chocolate at the moment as I used the last when I made an
espresso semifreddo ( think frozen espresso chocolate "cheesecake"
made with marscapone cheese rather than cream cheese ). I've got to
find a closer source than VT for nut-free baking chocolate. Either
that, or I need to make a road trip! So, do you have some that you
could spare?
