No, but I made such a pattern once so I could do outfits for my nieces'
CP dolls. I used a bit of non-fusible interfacing and wrapped it around
the doll's front, then its back. I used a pen to draw in the seam lines
and snipped at the neck and under the arms where creases formed and I
thought a dart might help. I can't remember whether CPDs have hard or
soft bodies... I'd pin the interfacing to the bod if it's soft and tape
it if it's hard.

Anyway, you remove the interfacing and add a quarter-inch or so all
round for ease and a quarter inch for seam allowance. Cut out the
resulting shape and make a quick tester out of calico or something
disposable. It only takes a few minutes to do any necessary fixes and
voilá! There's your pattern! You can do pretty reasonable sleeves in the
same manner (puffed sleeves are *so* much easier because you have that
bit of leeway). And of course, stretch knits are quite a bit more
forgiving than woven fabrics.

HTH: Best of luck to you! Please post and let us know what you made! ;-D
